Snow.
School is cancelled today.
In fact, they cancelled it last night while we were at the basketball game.
Now, granted, it WAS bad last night...but today?
Meh, not so much.
Its snowing now...but it's not like we're having a blizzard or something.
THOSE KIDS COULD'VE GONE TO SCHOOL!!!!!!

So, they'll go tomorrow for one day and then have a 4-day weekend.
Stupid.

I think I figured out a remedy for my chocolate lava cupcakes.
It came to me in the middle of the night.
NUTELLA!!!!!
I put a little dollop of Nutella in the middle of each one and then topped it with more batter. bake at 450 for 15 mins and we'll see what we get.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH...Nutella. How do I love thee?
On a spoon? YES!
On a crepe? HELL YES!!
on toast? Oh YES!!!
on fruit? YES PLEASE!
straight outta the jar? YES!
stirred into hot cocoa? YES!
on steak?
meh, not so much.

mmmmm....nutella...cant have it around..toxic you know...I break out in fat...at IHOP they had triple nutella crepes...like crepes, or nutella, or triple isnt enough on its own...my daughter ordered them and ate one...the rest went home...I love the way you wrote this..it reminded me of Dr Suess..dont really know why...Have a great day..!
Robin: I happen to love Dr. Suess! and IT DIDN'T WORK!!! no lava flowing outta there at all...but the nutella in the middle is really really good!
the nutella sounds like a great idea - and I think it needs to be hot and fast- turn the heat up to 450 and only bake them for 5 minutes until a 'crust' forms on the outside - keep an eye on them - then cool them quick - did you refrigerate the batter?
dog: damn, I forgot about the cold water bath when they come outta the oven. Look, baking is just. not. my. thing. gotta stop already. I can only eat so many cupcakes!!!
