Made tacos tonight! They smell yummy but I am not eating for another hour. I was off work today so I cooked early.

There you go, I love it. Did you add lots and lots and lots of butter? Failing that allioli?

Haven't a clue as to why the asparagus tastes nasty but you are a big girl now - you don't have to eat ANYTHING that tastes nasty!

Asparagus is wonderful. Try a little garlic and butter on it.

Cut it into 2 inch pieces and add them to a large ziploc bag with 1 tbs olive oil and a tbs of kosher salt. Spread on a foil lined cookie sheet and roast for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Tender, slightly sweet, and delicious.

I like asparagus..my father thought it tasted like grass clippings..If it's dark, or rubbery- don't buy it. It can be bitter when past prime..

We add Canadian Steak Seasoning to it, and it's GREAT!

But I really like the taste, so you might not like it even then...

Or get a good Italian marinade (something normally for chicken or fish) and let it soak for a few hours. Fire up the grill, put the asparagus on tin foil, let it brown well and roll them suckers back over.

Hi, by the way. I like the writing. I'll shut up now.
