I have a new obsession...
"On the road with Austin and Santino" on Lifetime.
came on after Project Runway last night.
I LOVE SANTINO!!!
I always liked him when he was on PR, but now? EVEN MORE SO.
The premise is this: they drive all over the country, fulfilling different women's dreams of a fabulous dress for some occasion.
They drive to BFE, out in the middle of NO WHERE, and have a few days to design a dress.
They did a wedding dress last night that was FABULOUS!!! They were in Oklahoma.....way back in the woods somewhere...HILARIOUS!!!
They have to find a place to work, find fabric at some little country store...do all the sewing at Betsy's Quilt Shop or some place like that....
the laughs just never stop!
And Santino is sooo lazy! Austin Scarlett does most of the work...while Santino "naps".
So, the one show I watched last night..(i think I watched 4 in a row!) they're in Oklahoma again...and Austin "goes into town" to find some stuff for the dress they're making. He walks into this store....and the guy working there just stares. at. him. He has his son there too...probably around 12 yrs. old...and he just. stares. at. Austin.
I can imagine him lookin up at his dad and saying:
"Daddy....what is that?"
"Why...I don't rightly know son...I think it's a woman....but I'm not really sure."
And Austin just prances through the store like he shops there all the time!! LOVE him!!!
It's a great show...only 1/2 hour long...very entertaining. The chemistry they have together is fantastic....you can tell they really like each other, and it's not all just for the show. Tho it IS very scripted and they're not actors, but still.......I LOVED IT!!!
So stay around after Project Runway and watch this show next week, if you haven't already.
and about PR.....last night was the 2nd show I watched...I missed seeing that one guy get "thrown under the bus"......what was that all about? what happened? anyone watch it?

We have caught about 75% of the Austin and Santino show and agree that it is a hoot. I hope they continue and expand their opportunities.
MichaelC. is the one they threw under the bus. He won last week's challenge and was so happy, really sweet.
Gretchen, the one Tim called out, has been cast as The Mean Girl, and she has lived up to her role. When MichaelC. called her first for the Team Luxe Daughter and I cried NOOOOOOOOOOOO! And we were right.
Interestingly, the teaser for next week is all about revenge...
Dag! I don't have access to a television, so I don't get to watch it!! Sounds like a blast!!
I HATE Santino! He and I got into a huge Twitter fight, and he said I wasn't funny!!!
Of course it all started when I busted on his tired-ass weave...

tranny: WHAT???!!!! W. H. A. T.??! I gotta hear all about this one!!! He didn't ahve a hat or a scarf on last night and I actually saw his hair....and now i guess I gotta hate him cuz he was mean to My Tranny....don't NO ONE mess with My Tranny!!!!
I don't mind Santino gurl, but on RuPaul's Drag Race I CAN'T STAND HIM!!!! I don't think I have ever heard of this show. What time is it on? I miss you!!!
