Peek a Boo, I see you!

About every month or so, we have a very informal "alumni night" at a local wing joint. Anyone can come, have a drink and get caught up with old friends. It's usually a lot of fun and last weekend was one of those nights.







This is me, Hippie and my friend Vicki. Hippie is the boyfriend of our friend Prissy, and yes, he's a Hippie...and a Biker...and totally cool. He makes homemade wine and brandy that is the BOMB!!! gooooood stuff. Homemade Dego Red to DIE for...He gave me a big 'ole jug of it,,and yes....it's almost gone. Good stuff. And he can cook....and he has a Harley. In fact, he gave me my first ride on a Harley...one night, late....he took me for a ride...95mph down winding roads....MOST FUN IVE HAD!!!!



Ok, this is Vick, Prissy and me. Now, it was probably about a year ago that we 3 girls became close friends...we met up at an alumni night and found out that we had ALOT in common...and started walking together everyday and going to lunch and soon enough, we were inseparable. Prissy is an angel and Vick, well....in high school, I thought she was a Miss Priss. But man was THAT far from the truth!!! She graduated with me and Bina, but we were never really "friends" in high school...she was a "popular" girl and I soooo wasn't. But now we're good friends. And she wants to plan a trip to San Diego with me, Bean and Vick....taking over the city! HAHA!





Now you've heard me talk about my friend Scotty. This is him. and yes, we really are "just friends"...tho there are some people who refuse to believe that. We are Best Friends and he's like a brother to me. My own brother doesn't speak to me, so I've replaced him with Scotty! He's newly divorced and had a heart attack a year ago. In fact the 4 of us became really good friend all around the same time. he's the 4th "girl" when we do a "girl's lunch". I thought he and Prissy might get together there for a while, but she met her Hippie and that was the end of that! But he's getting back out there and dating...and we all help him with that. he's very very funny and a great friend, and a great "brother" to me. I talk to him every day and can tell him anything, without fear of being made fun of. And I can cuss him out and he never gets mad at me..so I like that! ;) It's nice to have a guy as just a friend...you get into the minds of men and find out what they REALLY think, which is always helpful. And it's nice to know he has my back.

So that's what I've been up to...a little peek into my life from last weekend!
