I am SO over football...at least for a while.
it WAS a good game yesterday tho...'cept I fell asleep and missed the 4th quarter. I know! that's the most important one....sheesh! But I heard the Packers won, right? ;)
So Im leaving this weekend and won't be back till April. Im really looking forward to getting the hell outta Dodge and away from this crappy weather. I just don't want to "over stay my welcome" ya know? and there are lots of photos to be taken while Im down there...and maybe visiting some Blogger friends..hopefully. Im considering doing a line of calendars and greeting cards, so the new photos would be for that. We'll see.
So today Im feeling....blah and blechy and yucky.
it's the freaking weather, Im telling ya. I need some sun on my skin. does anyone have a "light box"? have you ever used one? does it really help? cuz Im seriously thinking about getting one.
and a friend of mine wants to plan a get away to San Diego...and Im hoping Bina can get in on this too. 3 girls, in the sun...out on the town...alone. and then rent a car and head North to LA for Mary and Q and Zombie Mom. Can't hit CA and NOT see them...those are my homegirls who got me through alot.
Which reminds me....blogging is awesome, isn't it? So so many wonderful people in my life through this thing. I know I say it all the time, but it's so true and I've been reminded of it so much lately.
I'm feeling lonesome today. so that gets me thinking about my friends and how I need them to "re-charge" me. and I'm in great need of "re-charging" these days. Im telling you...I HAVE to move out of Ohio. It's not good for me. Next year, the youngest will graduate and has big plans to visit Crazy Aunt Nancy in CA, so me and The Warden are making plans to move to southern Ohio. he will work at the academy for the remaining 6 years and then we are outta here! and we are really looking forward to it.
When we talk about it, it's like, "7 years to go?" that seems sooooo long! But it's not really. Austin's junior year is almost over already...he will be an official Senior in a few short months....so our moving days aren't too far behind. St. Petersburg, here we come!!!
So that's me today. yuck. Blah. Blech. yup...that's me.

I find froggy's claim a little hard to believe as well...
The time will fly by for you Beth, and the time to make your move will be one wake up away. Do a little bit where you can as far as planning and you will be off into the next big adventure of your life!
I think that it is cool that you have the Warden to ride with you..!
Living on the Med in Spain and I am not tired of sunny weather one little tiny bit. Not one.
So glad you have a plan! Time will SOAR past especially if you keep taking some of those trips!
